Sports surface restraint to be Permaloc Aluminum AthletEdge.tr (specify size and finish) or AthletEdge.ct (specify (A) - Size and (B) - finish) in an 8'-0" section as manufactured by Permaloc Corporation, Holland, MI, 800-356-9660. Refer to manufacturer’s current Installation Guidelines. Connect adjacent sections using 4" (102mm) sliding connector, maintaining a 3/8” expansion gap between sections. Product allows for natural drainage through weep holes in vertical wall.

Each section to be securely anchored into:
Aggregate Base with 3/8" x 10" spiral steel spikes 12" on center typical, 4" on center spacing available.

Or
Asphalt Base with 3/16" x 1-1/2" or longer concrete nails or screws 12 on center typical, 4 on center spacing available.

Or
Concrete Base with Ramset Trackfast System 12 on center typical, 4 on center spacing available.

Anchoring Options Include: Aggregate Spikes manually driven; Overlay Spikes or nails manually driven or QuickDrive 2000 screw system; Over Concrete – Ramset Trackfast System. Length of anchor and spacing may vary with base material and installation method.
